EV charging management platform

You own the chargers.
We bring the system that makes them earn

Plenty of station owners have already paid for the hardware — but still have no back office, no app for drivers, and collect payment by bank transfer. EVOS By AITEC closes that gap in one system.

  • Works with any OCPP 1.6J charger
  • Running live on a 120 kW DC charger
  • Thai-speaking team and support
The gap we fill

A charger without a back office is an asset that is not working yet

Hardware vendors sell hardware, not software. Large networks usually require you to join their brand. These are the problems station owners tell us about most often.

01

No idea what the charger is doing

You walk to the unit to read its screen. You cannot tell who is charging, how many kWh have passed, or when the charger dropped offline.

02

Collecting money by hand

PromptPay transfers and screenshots of slips, reconciled by hand every day. As volume grows, bills go missing and disputes start.

03

Drivers have no app

Drivers cannot find your station, do not know the price, cannot see whether a connector is free, and have no way to start a session themselves.

04

No numbers to decide with

You cannot tell which connector earns more, when demand peaks, how to price, or whether a second unit would pay for itself.

The platform

EVOS By AITEC

A station management system that talks to your chargers over the OCPP 1.6J standard on an encrypted wss:// channel. Everything listed below is what the system does today — not a roadmap.

Connects to any OCPP 1.6J charger

No hardware swap, no vendor lock-in. We hand you the endpoint and credentials; the charger joins immediately. Every charger carries its own separate password (Security Profile 1).

Live status on every connector

Available, charging, plugged-in or faulted — updated the moment the charger reports, with live power, energy delivered and battery percentage when the vehicle reports it.

Start and stop sessions remotely

Start a session for a customer from the admin console, or let them start it themselves in the app — and stop it remotely the moment something goes wrong on site.

Automatic billing, closed the moment charging ends

The system reads energy straight from the charger meter, multiplies by the price locked in at session start, and settles from the customer wallet. No more manual reconciliation.

A money ledger you can audit to the satang

Balances are always computed from ledger entries, never a column that can be overwritten. Every top-up and every charge has its own traceable record.

Per-connector pricing

Price AC and DC differently, or price by location. The rate a driver sees when they press start is the rate they are billed — even if you change the price mid-session.

Many stations, chargers and connectors in one place

Add stations, chargers and connectors, drop map coordinates, and take individual points in or out of service from a single console.

Session history and receipts

Every completed session produces its own record with energy, duration, unit price and total, numbered with Thai Buddhist-era dates that local accounting expects.

A fully Thai interface

Both the admin console and the driver app are Thai-first, not a foreign product with a translation layer bolted on. Site staff pick it up quickly.

App for your drivers

Your brand on the app, not ours

Drivers who charge at your station should remember your name, not a platform brand. We ship the app with your logo, colours and name — to the App Store, Google Play, and as an installable PWA that needs no download at all.

  • Find stations, see prices and free connectors before setting off
  • Tap to navigate — opens Apple Maps or Google Maps automatically
  • Top up the wallet, then start charging without waiting for staff
  • Watch energy, power and cost tick up live during the session
  • Sessions stop automatically before the wallet runs dry — no unpaid balances
  • Full history of every session and every baht spent

What is a PWA: a web app the driver can add to their home screen. It behaves like an app without going through an app store — ideal for one-off visitors who will not install anything.

Getting started

From an idle charger to taking paying customers

No hardware swap, no electrical work. Almost all of it is done remotely.

  1. 1

    We check your charger

Tell us the make and model. We confirm it speaks OCPP 1.6J and lets you set a custom endpoint. No charge for this step.

  2. 2

We set up the station and prices

We create the station, chargers and connectors, drop the map pin, set per-connector rates, and issue the credentials your charger will use.

  3. 3

    Your charger connects

Paste the endpoint and password into the charger settings. It announces itself, we see it come online, and the rest of the configuration is pushed from the server.

  4. 4

    One real test session

We run one real session end to end to prove that energy, price and the amount charged agree across the charger, the platform and the app — before any customer touches it.

  5. 5

    Go live

We hand over the branded driver app, train your on-site staff on the console, and you open the doors — with a Thai team on call afterwards.

Why us

We built this platform ourselves — we are not reselling anyone

It bends to your business

We own the source. If your business needs a different report, a different pricing rule or a different flow, we can actually build it — no waiting in a foreign vendor queue.

The customer relationship stays yours

Your customers, their charging history and your revenue live in your system — not funnelled into another brand’s network that your customers will remember instead of you.

One team for software and infrastructure

We run the servers, the TLS certificates and the backups, and we ship the app to the stores. One phone number when something breaks.

Proven against real hardware

This is not a demo. It runs against a real two-connector 120 kW DC unit, through the full loop: boot, start, metering, settlement and wallet deduction.

On the way

What is not there yet — stated plainly

We would rather tell you what is missing than sell you a promise. All three are scheduled work, not vague intentions.

  • In progressFull online payment — today wallet top-ups are confirmed by an administrator; a live payment gateway is being integrated.
  • In progressAdvance connector booking.
  • In progressRemote power-limit control (start and stop work today; setting kW does not yet).

Frequently asked

What station owners ask us first

Will my brand X charger work with this?
Yes, if it supports OCPP 1.6J and lets you set a custom endpoint — which covers nearly every DC unit sold in Thailand. Send us the make and model and we will check, free of charge.
Do I need new hardware or electrical work?
No. The platform talks to the charger you already own over the internet. All you need is a charger with connectivity and access to its settings page.
Where is customer data and money held?
On servers located in Thailand. All connections are encrypted, charger passwords are stored as irreversible hashes rather than plain text, and the database is backed up automatically every day.
How is it priced?
It depends on how many chargers and stations you run and how much we tailor for you. We do not publish one flat number because a three-charger site and a thirty-charger network should not pay the same. The first 30-minute call is free and we quote after it.
If I leave later, is my data locked in?
No. Your customers, session history and ledger can be exported on request at any time, and your chargers remain standard OCPP units that can point somewhere else.
How fast can we start?
With a connected charger, standing up the station and bringing the first unit online takes days. A branded app and store submission takes longer — we give you a real timeline after the first call.
